Browsing the Catalog
Click the Lawn icon in your menu bar, then select Browse Catalog to open the full catalog view. You'll see a grid of available apps with their icons, names, and short descriptions.
Searching
Use the search bar at the top right (or press ⌘F) to find apps by name, description, or tags. For example, searching "photos" will find Immich.
Categories
Apps are organized into categories to help you find what you're looking for:

App Details
Click any app to see its full details:
- Description — What the app does and who it's for
- Features — Key capabilities listed as bullet points
- Links — Direct links to the app's website, documentation, and source code repository
- Install button — One click to get started
Installing from the Catalog
When you click Install, Lawn shows an install sheet. Most apps work with zero configuration — just click Install and you're done.
If an app needs setup values, Lawn opens Edit Configuration after installation. Fill in the settings, save, then start the app.
Custom catalogs
Open Lawn Settings, select Catalogs, and click +. Enter a public Git repository URL and click Add Catalog, or click Add Local... to choose a folder containing Lawn app templates. Apps from the added catalog appear alongside the built-in apps.
Local folders are used in place and are never updated by Lawn. You can also manage catalogs from the CLI.
